Dear readers,

Thank you for your interest in the Consumer Wellness Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to education, consumer protection and health freedoms.

The CWC needs your support to launch its Prenatal Wellness Program. Our first initiative involves creating a new Honest Prenatal Nutrition Guide that dares to tell the public the truth about health-supporting nutrition, dangerous food ingredients and what supplements to take during the stages of pre- and post-natal care.

Why soon-to-be moms need your support

Presently, conventional medicine and government regulators offer almost no nutritional information to expectant mothers beyond information on folic acid. As a result, children are being born today with chronic nutritional deficiencies (such as Vitamin D) that can lead to a lifetime of suffering from preventable health conditions like asthma, diabetes, heart disease and impaired brain function. In addition to causing suffering in the lives of those touched by poor infant health, these preventable health conditions also create the burden of huge future health care costs for society.

For mere pennies a day, expectant mothers can prevent virtually all newborn health problems and greatly enhance their lifelong health. But they need to know what to eat and what to avoid. So far, not many organizations are providing this information in an honest, independent and pro-consumer format that places the best interests of the mother and child above the corporate interests of powerful food companies.

Help us empower expectant mothers with honest information

With your financial help, we can create, publish and widely distribute our Honest Prenatal Nutrition Guide, ultimately putting it into the hands of millions of expectant mothers around the world. Our guide will tell them the truth about dangerous ingredients like hydrogenated oils and yeast extract -- the truth that U.S. government regulators refuse to admit because they are so strongly influenced by the financial interests of food corporations. Plus, we'll reveal what nutrients are desperately needed by expectant mothers -- including DHA and vitamin D -- and provide recommended sources where mothers-to-be can purchase them at reasonable prices.

Please donate to the Consumer Wellness Center to help us launch this program. We need only $50,000 for development, publication and publicity. All donations are tax deductible (check with your accountant for details).

Please use the Google Checkout form below to make your donation (minimum of $5.00). All donations of $250 or more will be listed on the website with a link to the web address of your choice. Donations of $500 or more can include a logo. Contact us at +1 (520) 232-9300 if you have any questions or would like to discuss financial support beyond the levels mentioned here.
